Pontus Gad turns to Sportyard for guidance
February 10th, 2014
Pontus Gad has turned professional and embarks his journey with professional guidance from Sportyard. Sportyard goes to work for Pontus.
Pontus has a complete resume as an amateur, having represented his country at every level and just finished an excellent tenure as an All American at TCU, graduating with honors (All American: Academics and Strength and Conditioning).
The Gads is an athletic family, and Pontus grew up in Linköping, where he tried his hand at different sports, before he hit home in the game of golf.
Pontus is not only a modern and athletic golfer, he is a modern athlete. Standing 6’2” and weighing in at 210 lbs, he is towering over most of the competition. As he continues his progress – he will not do so unnoticed.
His frame is perfect for golf and his technique is second to none. His meticulous and deliberate approach to the game has seen him develop in each and every season, as a golfer, as a student and as a human being. He has exceled in team competition, representing Sweden as well as TCU. He relishes the pressures of team play – where you play for more than just yourself. Pontus is a very experienced rookie professional
He brings an overall solid game, as well as personality, with no real weaknesses, to the professional ranks.
Pontus has the credentials, now the hard work begins for real.
